As a testimony to its historical and cultural importance, the Avola Almond Consortium contributed to the realization of the Museum of the Almond of Avola and typical products of Avola. Located at the Falcone-Borsellino Youth Center, the museum offers a fascinating journey through history, tradition and flavours, with exhibition routes that tell the story of the evolution of almond cultivation in the area. 

From visiting the Pizzuta, Fascionello and Romana trees to discovering the ancient techniques of wine and oil production, the museum is an immersive experience that celebrates the deep bond between Avola and its almond.
